Dominique Powers is a Los Angeles-based Photographer and Director

Dominique has dedicated over half a decade to exploring the margins of sport and culture. Known for her bold use of color, graphic detail, and motion, Dominique combines stylized composition with documentary realism, balancing portraiture and still life to reveal her subjects underlying narratives.

Dominiques collaborative approach to portraiture fosters authentic and empowering representations, using photographic storytelling to document and share diverse human experiences. Many of her projects evolve over several years, allowing her to build meaningful, long-term relationships with the communities she documents.
